【禁闻】增城蒙恐怖 内讧加封锁

【新唐人2011年6月18日讯】广州增城的群众抗议事件看似已平息，但是，增城事件的
真相到底如何？民间和当局的说法很多，对于这次抗争是否造成人员伤亡，目前有不同
的说法。当局召开新闻发布会声称，没有人死亡。但是，也有目击者说死了人。请看本
台记者的采访报导。

6月16号晚，增城市当局通报，在平息"6.11"新塘事件中，官方做到了"六个没有"，"三
个照常"：没有人员死亡，公安武警没有携带任何杀伤性武器，没有开一枪一弹，没有
一间商铺被抢被砸，没有警民冲突，没有当地人与外地人的对立。

据当地知情人士透露，当局不但开枪，而且枪声很大。

知情人士："响枪啦，响了20多响，2、30响。那个枪声很熟悉的，一听就知道是『
54'的那种军用手枪。就是警察配的那种『54'手枪，一听就很熟悉了。几百米范围内绝
对听得到，很清楚的。那个声音很吓人的，听得人头皮都发麻…。"

此前大陆媒体报导，当局在事件发生后的第三晚，调集近三千军队逮捕示威者，开赴事
发地区弹压，现场一度传来枪声。而广州的几名大学生在网上公布独立调查真相，他们
的受访者告诉他们，警方使用的应当是防暴枪的子弹。

而大陆媒体报导，6月15号经增城市人民检察院批准，以涉嫌妨害公务罪等罪名，逮捕
了涉及增城冲突事件的19人。不过知情人士认为，中共现在已经抓捕了超过1800人，具
体多少数字无法估算。他还表示，事件并没有平息，增城变为恐怖城了。

知情人士："增城现在全部封锁了，然后逐家逐户的搜。应该呼吁四川的民工啊，应该
尽快的离开。现在肯定一有什么一点点的嫌疑，它（中共）都会抓的。"

另外，当局换了方式抓人，如提供奖金，用钱来收买人，让四川人内讧。

知情人士："四川人自己搞四川人，那就好办啦！所以，直接抓到人奖5千，提供线索的
奖2千。这个诱惑力太大了，对于四川打工的来说。你看他剪那个裤子做的这么辛
苦，剪10条裤子才1毛钱的工钱。得剪多少条裤子才有5千块钱啊。比他打一、两个月工
资都要高。"

当局在通报中还讲了，整个平息过程中，商铺照常营业；工厂企业照常上班；除6月
11号大敦村学校主动停课一天外，其馀学校照常上课。

知情人士："整个牛仔服装生产，基本上都停产了，这样一搞，根本不可能开工！参与
的肯定都走了，没参与他也怕啊，谁敢上（班）啊。你搞的这么紧张，谁不怕？基本上
人都跑光了。"

16号晚，广州市公安局的微博发布消息说，新塘事件中所谓「孕妇老公被活活打死」的
谣言散布者陈某被抓获，陈某对在网上发布虚假谣言的事实供认不讳，案件仍在�一步
审查中。

Terror Reigns in Zengcheng

The riots in Guangzhou appear to have subsided.What is the truth behind the
Zengcheng Incident?There are different versions about the incidenttold by
the authorities and by the people.Authorities claimed on a press conference
thatno one had been killed.However, some witnesses said people were
killed.Let's take a look at the report.

On June 16, Zhengcheng authorities announcedthat in putting down the "6.11"
Xintang Incident,there were no deaths, no lethal arms carried by police,no
shots fired, no shops smashed or robbed,and no clashes between police and
the people.

As per a local insider, the authorities did fire gunshots.

Local resident: Shots were fired… for 20 or 30 times.The sounds were
familiar…of "54" military pistols.They could be heard within a few hundred
meters.The sounds were really scary.Upon hearing them, my scalp became numb…

Chinese media said, on the third night of the incident,3,000 troops were
dispatched to arrest the protestors.Gunshots were heard at the
scene.Several university students in Guangzhouindependently published the
truth online.Their interviewees said that anti-riot bullets were used.

With Zhengcheng Procuratorate's approval,on June 15, 19 people involved
were arrested.However, an insider said that over 1,800 peoplehave been
arrested, with the actual figure inestimable.He also said that the incident
has not subsided,and Zengcheng has been turned into a town of terror.

Insider: Zengcheng is all blocked now.A door-to-door search is
ongoing.Should urge migrant workers from Sichuan to leave.The authorities
would arrest anyone suspicious.

The authorities changed the way they make arrests.They now use rewards to
encourage informers,and to create infighting among the Sichuan workers.

Insider: It is much easier for the authorities,if the Sichuan workers
betray one another.RMB 5,000 is awarded for catching a person.RMB 2,000 is
awarded for providing clues to the police.It is an enormous temptation.The
migrant workers from Sichuan wouldcut 10 pairs of pants for only a dime.How
many pairs do they cut to get RMB 5,000?

Authorities said in the process of putting down riots,the shops were still
open for business.The factories and businesses were operating.Only Dadun
Village School was closed for one day.The other schools were open as usual.

Insider: Almost all jeans manufacturing stopped.It is impossible for the
factors to operate!The people involved in the incident have left.The ones
that didn't participate are also afraid.Who would go to work? The situation
is very tense.Who is not afraid? The workers are almost all gone.

On June 16, Guangzhou Police Bureau announcedthat a man surnamed Chen, who
spread rumors that"a pregnant women's husband was beaten to death",was
arrested and confessed to spreading false info.
