【禁闻】安内蒙 肇事司机判死 中共危机难解

【新唐人2011年6月10日讯】内蒙古上个月发生的运煤卡车压死抗议牧民莫日根的事
件，在当地引发30年来最大规模的示威和抗议活动。本周三，肇事司机李林东一审被判
死刑。从事情发生到现在还不到一个月，这个案件马上就�行了宣判，对中共当局来讲
也是非常少见的。我们来看看外界是怎么看这个结果的。

据大陆中共媒体报导，6月8号，锡林郭勒盟中级人民法院做出一审判决：肇事司机李林
东被判处死刑。煤车的副驾驶卢向东被判处无期徒刑。另外两名获刑三年。法庭审判
时，有来自锡林郭勒盟各界的160多人到庭旁听。

在此前，内蒙古自治区党委书记胡春华曾表示，将"从重从快予以惩处"案件犯罪嫌疑
人。

内蒙古民众："学生都不上课了，保护人权，学生一暴动，他承受得了吗？承受不了这
样才把事情处理的，要不还不处理。"

内蒙古西乌旗民众："群众都起来了，学生、当地的老百姓，都对这事情不满。群众一
起来了，社会舆论给了他这个压力，政府没办法，他就解决得快。"

李林东被判死刑的消息公布之后，当地的局势是否有所缓解呢？呼和浩特市民向《新唐
人》反映，只是外表看起来缓和了一些，敏感和重点部位当局仍然没有放松控制。

呼和浩特民众："长途汽车站、火车站、飞机场外以及大的商厦、出入口，它还是这种
状况，特警车辆到处都有，都是全副武装的军警。大学生你更别提，也不说你不能离校
了，但是呢，每天早起，点名三次，下午点名三次，实际比那个还厉害。"

流亡德国的"保卫内蒙古人权同盟"主席席海明认为，中共虽然如此迅速的判决肇事司机
死刑，以及表示要关注内蒙的民生问题，表现出柔和的一面，但只是一种假象。

席海明："他已经在抓人，南联盟信息中心报导抓了40多人，其中从西蒙抓了一些年轻
教师，说他们在煽动。他们现在也内部讲话中说有海外敌对势力的介入，这也正是为将
来的镇压铺垫。"

中国人权活动人士魏京生表示，虽然共产党把责任推给了海外敌对势力，但是仍然不能
掩盖共产党自己就是制造事端的实质。

魏京生："在中国之所以民族问题成为很严重的问题，就是因为共产党压迫人民剥削人
民的主要矛盾太尖锐了。不管是以什么理由抗议抗暴，其实主要矛盾就是和官僚资产阶
级之间的矛盾难以调和。民族问题、地方问题和其他各种看似非政治的问题，其实都是
人们寻找的发�口。问题的根源还是专制政治本身制造出来的。"

这段时间以来，除了内蒙古抗议事件，中国各地的维权抗暴事件发生频繁，茉莉花革命
从2月20号到现在，已经持续了3个月；网上最近又成立了"抗共救国军"，召集天下之英
雄豪杰，�行反抗中共暴政活动。此外，在北京市中心还出现了《告中国人民解放军书
》，号召中国人民解放军军人起来，发动军事政变。

另外，据官方媒体报导，中国目前发生"四荒"，就是钱荒、民工荒、电荒和水荒，造成
了中国的经济以及企业的急遽衰退。

伍凡（时事评论员）："可见共产党已经面临了大风大雨即将来临、狂风暴雨就要到
来。所以我说"山雨欲来风满楼"，这是目前的中国大陆的政、经、社的危机的形势。"

Inner Mongolia's Made-up Consolation

The biggest in 30 years protests in Inner Mongolialast month followed the
local truck incident,where a herdsman was killed for protesting.The track
driver Li Lindong was sentencedto death this Wednesday. It's unusual for
CCP(Chinese Communist Party) to pronounce judgmentfor a case in less than a
month.

According to media, the intermediate people's courtof Xilin Gol League made
its first-instance judgmenton June 8, to sentence driver Lin Lindong to
death,co-driver Lu Xiangdong to life imprisonment,and the other 2 suspects
to 3 years in jail.160 people from Xilin Gol League attended the court.

Inner Mongolia CCP secretary Hu Chunhua urgedthe suspects to be sentenced
quickly and heavily.

Ethnic Mongolians: "Students are not in schooland are protesting, they
won't be silent.If it wasn't for the students' strike,CCP would by no means
make a move."

Inner Mongolia Xiwu Banner: "It's a discontentfor all, as students and
citizens come out to protest.They're pressuring the CCP and CCP has no
choicebut to address the problem."

As Li Lindong's death sentence was made public,Hohhoters told NTD reporters
the situation seemsto ease up, but core issues were still left unresolved.

Hohhoters: "Armed policemen were still guardingplaces such as bus and train
stations, airportand shopping entries. Typically for students,though they
are able to get in and out of campus,ID is checked 3 times in mornings and
afternoons."

Exiled Inner Mongolia Rights League presidentXi Haiming in Germany said
that it's all very fakehow CCP gave such a quick death sentence,pretending
to care for Inner Mongolians' livelihood.

Xi Haiming: "European information center says40 people are seized by CCP so
far, includingsome young teachers from west Inner Mongolia.They said
Western hostile forces are intervening,an excuse made for further
crackdown."

Chinese Rights activist Wei Jingsheng saysits a blatant excuse to blame
foreign hostile forces,as it is well known that CCP is the problem maker.

Wei Jingsheng: "Nationality problems in Chinaare intensified by CCP's
oppression of people.For protests of any kind, the main contradictionlies
between people and bureaucrats. Nationalityproblems and other seemingly
nonpolitical problemsare in fact a vent for people to release
anger.Autocracy is the cause to all problems."

Inner Mongolia demonstrations aside,rights activities and protests are
happeningacross nations, the Jasmine Revolution has lastedfor 3 months so
far. An army named"Anti-CCP for China" was launched online,calling for
national anti-CCP protests and activities.In Beijing an announcement to PLA
appearedcalling for military coups from the PLA.

There are reportedly four shortages in China,the shortage of money, jobs,
electricity and water.These are the main cause for the economic downturn.

Wu Fan (a critic): "CCP is facing big problems.Fatal social unrests and
revolutions are underway,and will fundamentally affect Chinese
society'politics, economy and livelihood."
