【禁闻】「阿拉伯之春」给中共什么启示?

【新唐人2011年6月9日讯】Facebook、Google、Twitter、YouTube加上手机，紧密的将
世界串联在一起，成就了「中东革命」。但是「互联网」的蓬勃并不是造成革命的主
因，而是这些国家的专制政权给自己带来了危机。中东问题专家近期撰文提醒中共当
局，应该从「中东革命」中得到启示。

一群熟悉互联网的年轻人，成功的发动了没有政党和领袖的「中东革命」。去年
12月，突尼斯一些城镇爆发动乱以来，阿拉伯世界的民众开始走上街头，要求推翻专制
政体，被西方媒体称为「阿拉伯之春」，并乐观的表示预见了「一个新中东即将诞生
」。

《德国之声》6月6号报导，美国著名记者，三次普利兹奖获奖人，也是中东问题专家的
汤玛斯．弗里德曼（Thomas LFriedman）在《纽约时报》上发表了一封致中共政府的公
开信，提醒中国当权者应该从中东革命中学点什么。

汤玛斯认为，「引发革命的不仅仅是GDP的上升或下降」，在这些国家，人们斗争的目
标不是生存而是尊严。民众强烈渴望有保障的政治权利和义务。

信中还提到，新时代的政治领袖需要给予底层民众更多的自由。阿拉伯地区的独裁者尽
管可以控制国营电视台和电台，但无法切断所有的通信网络。

广西异议作家荆楚对此表示，因为互联网的普及，过去中共欺骗人民的很多历史事实逐
渐被揭露出来，从历史回顾来看，共产党就是个卖国贼。

荆楚：「这个互联网的发明是上帝赐给中国人的福音，在这个专制国家他就是靠这个欺
骗，靠这个血腥恐怖来控制人民，自从有了这个互联网以后，单是对人民思想的禁
锢，这个讯息的封锁啊，这方面他已经做不到了。」

时事评论家伍凡则指出，在互联网时代，你做了坏事，5分钟后全世界就都知道了，因
此中共当局的言论箝制已经渐渐失效。

伍凡：「现在网路世界啊，以及这个手机啊，电视、广播非常发达，你所有的坏事很容
易传出去，中国有5亿网民，任何消息出去，马上全世界就知道了。」

近一个月来，中国发生多起激烈的官民冲突事件，不少多年上访无果的访民，在走投无
路的情况下，自杀或杀人。

荆楚：「现在中共中央所做的一切，完全是酝酿社会革命的基础，你采用高压的方式是
控制不住的，老百姓在这个社会矛盾激化到一个程度，必然就爆发出革命了。」

伍凡：「为什么有革命呢？因为革命是老百姓受到了污辱，受到了摧残，受到了剥
削，受到了打压，甚至于残酷的处死，那么这些人跟你乞求，给你下跪，上访也好都不
起任何作用的时候，那只有革命了。」

星星之火可以燎远，这把革命之火是否会燃烧到中国？许多人拭目以待。

China's "Arab Spring" Brewing?

Facebook, Google, Twitter, YouTube and othertechnology tools connect people
in the world,and have catalyzed the Middle East Revolutions.However, the
true cause of these revolutionsare the authoritarian regimes in these
countries.Experts on the Middle East recently wrote articlesto remind the
Chinese Community Party (CCP)to learn from the late Middle East Revolutions.

Without political parties or leaders, a groupof young people launched a
successful revolutionin the Middle East. Since the outbreak in Tunisiain
December 2010, people in the Arab worldtook to the streets, demanding an
overthrowof autocracy. It was called by the western mediathe "Arab Spring,"
with an optimistic predictionof "a new Middle East will soon be born."

Deutsche Welle reported on June 4,that Thomas Friedman, famous American
journalistand three times Pulitzer Prize winner,published his letter to CCP
authorities in the NYT(New York Times), reminding Chinese authoritiesto
learn from the recent revolutions.

Thomas thinks that the cause of the revolutionsis not only the GDP increase
or decrease. Peoplewere not fighting for survival, but for
dignity,demanding political rights and responsibilities.

The letter also stated that the new political leadersneed to provide more
grassroots freedomArab world dictators may control the state-ownedmedia,
but they cannot cutoff the Internet.

Jing Chu, dissident and writer of Guangxi Province,expressed that historic
facts revealed that CCPis a traitor of China. These facts were covered
upbefore, but are now exposed on the Internet.

Jing Chu: "Internet is a blessing to Chinese people.In a totalitarian
country like China,the CCP rules with lies and violence.With widespread
availabilityof the Internet,CCP can no longer control people's mindsand
block information."

Commentator Wu Fan points out, in the Internet era,bad deeds are spread out
to the whole worldin less than 5 minutes. So the CCP is graduallylosing its
control on expression.

Wu Fan: "Nowadays, Internet, cell phones,TV and radio are very advanced.It
is very easy to spread out news about bad actions.There are over 500
million Internet users in China.Once news is out, the whole world would
know right away."

In the past month, many severe conflicts betweenthe authorities and people
occured in China.Many people committed suicide or killingswith the
injustice they faceand petitions remained unresolved for years.

Jing Chu: "What CCP is doing now is fosteringa social revolution.The CCP
cannot control it with high pressure.The accumulation of social conflicts
will resultin a revolution."

Wu Fan: "What is the cause of revolution?People are insulted, tortured,
exploited, suppressedand even killed. When they find out that
begging,kowtowing and petitioning have no use,they will resort to
revolution."

A spark can burn the prairie.Will the revolution spark come to China?The
world is watching in anticipation.
