【禁闻】江泽民劣迹揭底之十：全球公审

【新唐人2011年7月22日讯】自江泽民病危及病死的消息传出以来，如何给江泽民盖棺
定论，已成为中共当局极具争议和头痛的事情，甚至由此引发政治斗争。江泽民的生平
劣迹，也引起海内外各界的关注。本台对江泽民的恶行丑事做出系列报导，今天是最后
一集〝全球公审江泽民〞。

2003年9月30号，〝全球公审江泽民大联盟〞成立，欧、美、亚、澳四大洲100多个组织
和个人加盟。〝大联盟〞倡议书指出，十三年来，江泽民欺世害民，将灾祸带遍了中华
大地乃至世界，他的罪恶挑战了人类共同的基本价值。

〝大联盟〞列举了江的十大罪状：一是出卖国土和国家利益，换取其他国家对江迫害人
权的沉默；二是隐瞒萨斯疫情，谎言祸国；三是摧毁中华传统道德，逼迫人们出卖良
心；四是踏着〝六四〞的血迹窃取权位；五是对信奉〝真、善、忍〞的〝法轮功群体〞
灭绝迫害。

六是独裁专制、贪污腐败；七是钳制媒体封锁网络，打压异议人士；八是迫害各种宗教
信仰；九是扼杀民主，江泽民连续多年被〝大赦国际〞评为〝人权恶棍〞；十是胁迫香
港23条立法，践踏香港民主自由。

前中共总书记胡耀邦的智囊阮铭指出，江泽民一生中最大的罪恶，就是发动了对法轮功
信仰团体的残酷迫害。

阮铭：〝江泽民的罪恶就是镇压法轮功，是他最大的罪恶，其他的罪恶他都是继承毛泽
东跟邓小平的，包括反人权、反自由化，唯独他自己的发明创造就是镇压法轮功。不管
他死不死，它的罪恶总是要清算的。〞

江泽民迫害法轮功，采用了集古今中外邪恶大全的各种手段，使用酷刑至少达40种以
上，受刑者中妇女和老人占相当比例，至少已有3400多名法轮功学员被迫害致死。

使用酷刑包括：多根高压电棍、电针电击；各式手铐、背铐、脚镣、绳绑；狼牙棒、钢
筋条、荆竹条、皮鞭、铜丝鞭；铁钉钉指甲缝、铁钳子拧肉、拔指甲；水牢、死人
床；冷冻、暴晒；灌食、灌辣椒水、灌浓盐水、灌大粪汤；不让大小便；连续半月不让
睡觉；注射破坏中枢神经药物；活体摘取器官，等等，令人发指。

目前，法轮功学员在全球30多个国家提告了50多个诉讼案，以〝反人类罪〞、〝酷刑罪
〞和〝群体灭绝罪〞，起诉迫害首恶江泽民等30多名中共官员，成为21世纪最大的国际
人权诉讼案。

其中，江泽民、罗干、薄熙来、贾庆林、吴官正等5名迫害首恶，被西班牙国家法庭以
〝群体灭绝罪〞及〝酷刑罪〞起诉；阿根廷联邦法院刑事及惩治庭第九法庭下令逮捕江
泽民、罗干。

袁红冰(著名法学家、中国联邦革命党主席)：〝江泽民所犯下的罪行不是以他个人的名
义犯下的，而是以中国共产党中央的名义犯下的，也就是说，只要中国共产党的中央委
员会还存在，中国共产党的极权专制统治还存在，那么对于他江泽民和中国共产党迫害
法轮功的罪行的追诉就不能停止，就要一直进行下去。〞

从2003年1月成立起，〝追查迫害法轮功国际组织〞对参与迫害的〝610办公室〞和公检
法等系统，已发布了3,000多个追查通告，被立案追查的责任单位有7,000多、责任人有
13,000多名。这个组织的宗旨是：无论天涯海角，无论时日长短，必将追查到底，协助
受害者将罪犯送上法庭。

(全球公审江泽民大联盟发起人之一李大勇)：〝中共的一些官员，甚至一些中共的党
员，在不同程度卷入了对法轮功的迫害。所以我们通过劝'三退'这种方式，希望更多的
民众能退出邪党。也就是说，当中共被消灭的那一天，广大的民众不会因此绑架在邪恶
的中共上。〞

法轮功发言人张而平表示，很多学者专家指出，法轮功之所以能在世界一百多个国家受
到认同，是因为〝真、善、忍〞原则是一种普世价值。

张而平：〝江泽民也把共产党拖入到自我解体中，因为迫害这种普世价值，实际上与历
史潮流相对的，自然它把自己放在淘汰的队伍里面去了。同时，我们也想警告那些参与
迫害、或者支持政府迫害法轮功的那些人士，中国古话说得好：善有善报、恶有恶
报，天网恢恢、疏而不漏。〞

法轮功人权律师团表示，江泽民和党羽在12年里对法轮功犯下滔天罪行，必须面对历史
的清算和审判。律师团同时奉劝中共领导人与江泽民及其死党划清界线。

朱婉琪(法轮功人权律师团发言人)：〝我们现在向国际社会提出了一个概念，叫'北京
大审'，就跟当年的'纽伦堡大审'是同样的意思。我们为司法的正义，为了要让中国的
历史看到那些残害中国上亿同胞的这些血腥刽子手他们最后的下场，中国人应该要最后
来进行这样一场审判。〞

《江泽民其人》一书在〝大结局〞中预言：将会有一天，全球公审江泽民大联盟联络各
国大法官组成陪审团，在天安门广场对江泽民进行公审。

Truth about Jiang Zemin: Part X

Jiang Zemin's death or illness has led to a dispute inthe Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) regarding Jiang's life.Jiang's notorious deeds have attracted
wide attention.NTD is making a series of reports on Jiang's life.Today is
the last episode of the series.It is about the global public trial of Jiang
Zemin.

On September 30, 2003, Global Coalitionto Bring Jiang Zemin to Justice was
established in Europe,North America, Asia and Australia.It is composed of
over 100 organizations and individuals.Global Coalition's proposal pointed
out that in the past13 years Jiang Zemin had harmed and deceived the
public.He had brought disasters to China and the world.His crimes challenge
the fundamental values ​​of mankind.

Global Coalition lists the top ten crimes of Jiang.First, he sold China's
territories and national interests,in exchange for other countries'
silenceon Jiang's violation of human rights.Second, he concealed the SARS
epidemic in Chinaand endangered the world with his lies.Third, he destroyed
the traditional Chinese moralityand forced people to betray their
conscience.Fourth, he usurped power by spilling the bloodof Tiananmen
Massacre victims.Fifth, he persecuted and tried to eliminate Falun Dafaand
its practitioners who believe in"Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance".

Sixth, Jiang's dictatorship promotedthe rampant corruption in
China.Seventh, he blocked the Internet,suppressed the media and oppressed
dissidents.Eighth, he persecuted various religious beliefs.Ninth, Jiang
stifled democracy in China,for which he was listed by Amnesty
Internationalas a "human rights scoundrel" for many years.Tenth, he tried
to force the implementation of Article 23and trampled the democracy and
freedom of Hong Kong.

Ruan Ming was a think-tank forthe CCP's ex-General Secretary Hu Yaobang.He
stated that Jiang's greatest crime isthe brutal persecution of Falun Dafa
practitioners.

Ruan: "Jiang's greatest crime is his persecutionof Falun Dafa
practitioners.His other crimes were inherited fromMao Zedong and Deng
Xiaoping.They include human rights violationand anti-liberalization.The
persecution of Falun Dafa practitionerswas his original idea.Whether he is
dead or not,he will be punished for his crimes."

To persecute Falun Dafa practitioners, Jiang useda wide range of evil
methods that existed in history.He used more than 40 torture
techniques.Among the torture victims, many are women and the elderly.At
least 3,400 Falun Dafa practitionershave been tortured to death.

The used against Falun Dafa practitionerstorture methods and tools include
electric shocksby multiple high-voltage batons;handcuffs, shackles, ropes
and bondages;maces, steel bars, bamboo whips,leather whips and steel wire
whips;driving iron nails into people's hands;twisting people's flesh with
iron pincers;pulling out people's nails; water dungeons,"Dead Person's
Beds"; exposure to freezingtemperatures and scorching heat for long
hours;forced feeding; forced pouring of pepper water,concentrated salt
water and feces into people's throats;prohibition of urination and
defecation; sleep deprivation;injection of drugs damaging to the central
nervous system;live organ harvesting and so on.These crimes make people
bristle with anger.

So far, Falun Dafa practitioners have filed 50 lawsuitsin over 30 countries
worldwide.They prosecute Jiang and over 30 other CCP officialsfor crimes
against humanity, torture and genocide.This is the largest
internationalhuman rights litigation case in the 21st century.

Among the prosecuted are Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan,Bo Xilai, Jia Qinglin and Wu
Guanzheng,who are the five principal culprits.

They are prosecuted by Spain's national courtfor "genocide"
and "torture".Argentine Federal Criminal Court orderedthe arrest of Jiang
Zemin and Luo Gan.

Yuan Hongbing (jurist and president ofthe Chinese Federal Constitutional
Revolutionary Party):"Jiang's crimes were committed in the name of the
CCP.That is, as long as the CCP's Central Committee existsand/or the CCP's
totalitarian dictatorship exists,the prosecution of Jiang and the CCP for
their crimesof persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners cannot stop.We must
always continue the prosecution."

In January 2003, the World Organization to Investigatethe Persecution of
Falun Gong (WOIPFG) was founded.So far, it has issued over 3,000
investigative reportson CCP's "610 Office" and public security systems.On
its file are listed 7,000 organizations and13,000 individuals liable for
the persecution.The mission of WIOPFG is:"To restore and uphold justice in
society,no matter how long it takes andno matter how far and deep we have
to search."

Li Dayong (co-founder of Global Coalitionto Bring Jiang to Justice):"Some
CCP officials and members are involved to variousextents in the persecution
of Falun Dafa practitioners.Therefore, by advising the Chinese peopleto
quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations,we hope more people will
withdraw from the evil party.In other words,the people will not have been
kidnapped by the CCP,when the CCP is eliminated in the future."

Zhang Erping, Spokesman for Falun Dafa practitioners,said that many
scholars say that Falun Dafais recognized in over 100 countries, because
its principals of"Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance" are universal.

Zhang Erping: "Jiang has dragged the CCPinto self-disintegration.The
persecution of people believing in these universalprincipals is against the
trend of history.Of course, it caused itself to be weeded out of the
history.We also want to warn those that are involved inthe persecution and
those who support the government'spersecution with an ancient Chinese
saying:'What goes around comes around; Justice has long arms.'"

Falun Dafa Human Rights Lawyers said thatJiang and his gang have committed
heinous crimes againstFalun Dafa practitioners for 12 years.They must face
the history's trial and punishment.The lawyers also advise the CCP leaders
to draw a linebetween themselves and Jiang and his cronies.

Teresa Chu (Falun Dafa Human Rights Lawyers):"We have proposed to the
international communitya concept called 'Grand Trial in Beijing'.It is
similar to Nuremberg Trials.For justice and for the end of these bloody
executionersof millions of our Chinese compatriots,the Chinese people
should carry out such a trial in the end."

The book "The Real Story of Jiang Zemin" tolda prophecy in its
prologue:there will be a daywhen Global Coalition to Bring Jiang to
Justice,with a jury of judges from various countries,publicly tries Jiang
Zemin on Tiananmen Square.
