【禁闻】中共军方公开 攻击法轮功网站

【新唐人2011年8月22日讯】中共《中央电视台》今年7月播出的《军事科技》节目，首
次自我曝光研发网络攻击系统，针对性的攻击了海外�法轮功网站�。�法轮大法协会
�发言人张而平表示，这是因为�法轮功�让人们了解中共的邪恶本质，令中共恨之入
骨。

今年7月16号晚10点40分，《军事科技》出台了一集题为�网路风暴来了�节目。当节
目中的所谓军事专家开始介绍网路攻击手段时，电视画面背景中赫然播放了7秒钟左右
的视频。视频清楚的显示，中共黑客是如何攻击海外�法轮功网站�。

视频中，海外的各法轮功网站为中共黑客的主要攻击目标，包括：法轮大法在北美、法
轮大法网站、明慧网站等。画面同时显 示，攻击者为�中国人民解放军电子工程学院
�。

节目中，所谓的军事专家说，网路攻击的方法很多，有�木马程式�、安装�后门�系
统、逻辑炸弹、邮件阻塞等。

《动态网》总裁夏比尔告诉《大纪元时报》：�中共最早从1999年或2000年起，就开始
攻击法轮功网站，之后越来越猖狂，逐步扩大了攻击目标。�

《新唐人》时事评论员杰森表示，从国际的角度来看，这是中共第一次承认它真的在做
网路攻击的研发。

杰森（时事评论员）：�这是官方媒体，你这不能说被人在造假吧，这是你自己在承认
你自己在做这样的研发，是你的军事院校在做这样的研发，而且是你专门搞信息的战争
的军事院校做这样的研发。�

�追查迫害法轮功国际组织�发言人汪志远表示，从这一段新闻就暴露了中共这些年以
来对法轮功的迫害程度。

汪志远�追查迫害法轮功国际组织�发言人：�从它的这个节目的介绍里面可以看
到，中共是利用整个国家的机器迫害法轮功，甚至它动用国防力量，军事化的手段来把
法轮功作为攻击的对像，可以看到中共对法轮功学员迫害的严重的程度。�

�法轮大法�发言人张而平认为，中共对法轮功这种不遗余力的迫害和攻击，反应出它
的恐惧心理。

张而平�法轮大法�发言人：�害怕法轮功去讲真相让中国大陆全体的人都知道。同时
呢，它实际把这制造网路的战争直接延伸到国外，因为在全世界，在中国大陆以外，有
一百多个国家，不同国家的民族都在修炼法轮功，那么它实际上，他这种对法轮功的
（迫害）实际上直接威胁到其他国家的公民。这种邪恶的攻击，实际上在国际社会造成
了强烈的反响。�

时事评论员伍凡表示，中共想藉此威胁法轮功学员，却很难达到目地。

伍凡时事评论员：所以它把法轮功的这批人，制造软件的、以及传播信息的当作
target（目标），它在电视台上把这些东西暴露出来，它暴露的目地大概是要警告法轮
功吧，这场战争，它对法轮功这样攻击、打击是全方位的，除了禁止你在大陆传播、炼
功，打压法轮功以外，那么对海外传播信息的法轮功的网路包括电视，大纪元、新唐
人、希望之声统统封杀。�

美国五角大楼不久前高调宣布了新的网路战略，依照这项战略，美国将把具有一定威胁
的网路攻击视作�战争行为�，并且宣称要用导弹进行还击。而除了美国以外，世界上
其他的一些国家也在不断加强网路攻防的建设。网路威胁俨然已经成为各国军方重视的
焦点。

杰森：中共从来没有 把中华民族利益放到它的眼里头，这实际上也看出来了，它不惜
跟美国进入一种战争的危机状态，也要延伸对法轮功的迫害。�

杰森认为，中国共产党在迫害法轮功的这个问题上，简直到了丧心病狂的程度。就是
说，中共把它党的利益、党的问题凌驾在中华民族的安全之上。

On its "Military Sciences & Technologies" programaired in July 2011, CCTV
revealed details of developinga cyber-attack system targeting overseas
Falun Dafa websites.Zhang Erping, spokesman of the Falun Dafa Association
said,this is because Falun Dafa enables people to understandthe evil nature
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

On July 16, 2011, the episode, "Here Comes the Cyber Storm"on the "Military
Sci & Tech" program was broadcast.When a military expert talked about cyber
attack methods,a 7-second-long background footage suddenly appeared,clearly
showing how the CCP hackersattack the overseas Falun Dafa websites.On the
video, different overseas Falun Dafa websites havebecome the target of the
CCP's cyber attackers,which include Falun Dafa in North America,the Falun
Dafa website, and the Minghui website.The video also showed the attacker as
the People's LiberationArmy Institute of Electronic Engineering.On the
program, the military expert said that thereare various methods for cyber
attacks,including Trojan horse, "backdoor" spyware,logic bombs and email
spamming and jamming.Bill Xia, president of DynaWeb told the Epoch Times:

"The CCP began to attack Falun Dafa websites inas early as 1999 or 2000.Its
attacks have become more and more rampant since,with broadened targets."Dr.
Jason Ma, NTD' s political commentator said,from an international
perspective,this is the first time that the CCP admits its researchand
development for cyber attacks.Dr. Jason Ma: "This is an official mediaand
you cannot say others are framing you.You admit that you are conducting
research and developmentat your military college � one that is engaged in
the cyberwar."Wang Zhiyuan, spokesperson of the World Organization
toInvestigate the Persecution of Falun Gong said,this video revealed the
brutality of the CCP's persecutionof Falun Dafa practitioners over the
years.Wang Zhiyuan: "From this program, one can see thatthe CCP resorts to
the entire state apparatus,including using military approaches and defense
forces,to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners.This shows how brutal the
CCP's persecution is."

Zhang Erping, spokesperson of Falun Dafa Association,

believes that the CCP spares no effort in persecutingand attacking Falun
Dafa practitioners,because of the CCP's fear.

Zhang Erping: "It fears that Falun Dafa practitioners' truthclarification
will inform all people about the persecution.In fact, the CCP's cyber war
has been extended abroad.

Outside China, there are over 100 countrieswith Falun Dafa
practitioners.Its persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners hasin fact
threatened the citizens in other countries.Its evil attacks have created a
strong negative impacton the international society."Political commentator,
Wu Fan, said that the CCP triesto intimidate Falun Dafa practitioners, but
to no avail.Wu Fan: "It set up the Falun Dafa practitioners,
includingsoftware developers, and truth clarifiers, as its targets.The
purpose of revealing its cyber attack projectis probably to warn Falun Dafa
practitioners.The CCP's war and attack on Falun Dafa is all
dimensional,including banning Falun Dafa's propagation in Chinaand blocking
and attacking the overseas Falun Dafa medialike the Epoch Times, NTD TV and
Sound of Hope Radio."Not long ago, the Pentagon announced a new cyber
strategy,

which will deem certain vicious cyber attacks as "acts of war"and claim to
retaliate by missiles.Besides the U.S., many other countries are also
strengtheningtheir capabilities for cyber attacks and defenses.Internet
threats have becomea focus of attention by the military of various
countries.Dr. Jason Ma: "The CCP has never placed the interestsof the
