【禁闻】挺毛批毛 两派激烈交锋 当局暧昧

【新唐人2011年6月8日讯】在左派网站乌有之乡连续发表"各省人民公诉茅于轼"的大字
报之后，体制内作家铁流倡议右派受害人联合起来起诉毛泽东。批毛派和挺毛派双方展
开激烈交锋。评论者指出，尽管中共已经放弃了毛泽东的路线，但是毛泽东是中共统治
权力的源头，因此当局左右为难，态度暧昧。

前北京大学讲师，现居纽约的王天成对批毛派的行动表示赞赏。他表示，人们需要了解
真相，了解过去，这样人们才能知道后面走的方向。

王天成（前北京大学讲师）：「希特勒当年引起了第二次世界大战。但是实际上他（毛
泽东）的罪过并不下于希特勒，就他对于人民的残忍迫害来说，他不下于希特勒。他领
导共产党，通过暴力夺取政权，他的政权，他留下的思想观念，今天仍然在继续祸害中
国。」

王天成认为，自从邓小平之后，中共就已经放弃了毛泽东的社会主义路线，但是他们的
权力却来自于毛泽东的暴力革命。因此中共不敢彻底否定毛泽东，仍然把毛供奉在神龛
上。

王天成：「如果说他们过于挺毛，他们就没法解释过去三十年来他们推行经济改革，他
们在这方面遵循的路线。但是倒过来，他们也不能否定毛。因为毛在建立所谓中华人民
共和国中起的作用是非常大的。他们现在共产党掌握的权力，实际上是毛泽东时代遗留
下来的。他们如果过多的否定毛，他们的权力依据在哪里？他如果全面否定毛。他实际
上是否定共产党自己。这是他们不能做的。」

在经济学家茅于轼发表"把毛泽东还原成人"的文章之后，左派网站乌有之乡连续发表多
个省份公诉茅于轼的签名公开信，并把信件交给北京公安局。

5月29号上午山西太原的挺毛派召开了声讨茅于轼、辛子陵的所谓"公诉大会"，并将他
们冠以"汉奸、卖国贼"的罪名。不过，网友说，号称一个省的声讨大会，还没有一个手
机店买手机的人多？

体制内作家铁流随后倡议，全中国的「反右运动受害人」团结起来，向最高人民法院起
诉毛泽东无视生命，枉法杀人的血腥罪恶。铁流撰文说，虽然毛泽东这个暴君死去了几
十年，可他的"思想"没有死，他的头像至今还挂在天安门楼，不少政治野心家和中共党
内顽固左派，继续利用毛泽东，箝制党内外的改革派和民主派。

茅于轼认为，铁流等右派要求起诉毛泽东，更多的是一个姿态。法院解决不了评价毛泽
东的问题，这是整个中国社会对历史的认知问题。他认为当局会关注双方的交锋，但是
目前没有收到来自官方的反应。他也透露，有人对他�行人身威胁。

茅于轼（中国经济学家）：「现在看起来这个事情闹得挺大。肯定中共当局会注意到这
个现象。但是有什么行动这个我不知道。有人威胁要对我人身安全采取行动。有名有姓
的。他还留了电话。我没有理他。」

美国政论作家曹长青认为，起诉毛泽东具有像征意义，其实是变相起诉共产党，因为毛
还是中共的教主。毛的所有罪恶，都是整个共产党的罪恶，没有共产党，毛再邪恶，也
无法造成这么大的灾难。起诉毛泽东可以起到启蒙中国人，了解真正历史，知道真相的
作用。

Maoists Clash in China

After a leftist website continuously posted bulletinsdenouncing Mao Yushi,
Chinese writer Tie Liuurged the rightist victims to jointly sue Mao
Zedong.Pro and anti-Mao blocs are clashing hard in China.Analysts pointed
out that although the CCP's(Chinese Communist Party) regime has given
upMao's line, Mao is the origin of CCP's rule,which put the authorities in
a dilemma.

Wang Tiancheng, former Beijing University lecturernow living in New York,
supports anti-Mao actions.He said that people needed to know the pastso as
to understand what path to take ahead.

Wang Tiancheng: "Although Hitler invoked WWII,Mao's atrocities are no less
than Hitler's. In termsof brutal persecution of people, he is no less.The
CCP led by him took power through violence.The regime he created and
ideology he left behindcontinue to harm Chinese people today."

Wang Tiancheng believes that after Deng Xiaoping,the CCP has basically
given up the socialism route,but since its power is from Mao's violent
revolution,it dares not totally negate but instead upholds Mao.

Wang Tiancheng: "If they overly support Mao,it will be hard to explain the
economic reform policythey implemented over the past 30 years;
conversely,they dare not oppose Mao either, as Mao playeda tremendous role
in founding the PRC. The currentregime is actually handed down from Mao.If
they overly criticize Mao, then what is the basisof their power? Therefore,
overly negating Maoequates to negating the CCP itself."

After Chinese economist Mao Yushi publishedhis article 『Unveil Mao
Zedong's True Face,'the leftists continuously posted open
lettersthreatening to sue Mao Yushi. They also submittedthe letters to the
Beijing Public Security Bureau.

On May 29, Maoists in Taiyuan held a so-called"indictment assembly" to
denounce Xin and Mao,labeling them "spies and traitors." Netizens saidthere
were less people at this "provincial assembly"than in a regular cell phone
store.

Author Tie Liu proposed that all the victims of"anti-rightist campaigns"
should sue Mao Zedongat the Supreme Court for disregarding people's
lives.Tie Liu wrote, although this tyrant died decades ago,his "ideology"
is not dead, and his portrait still hangs.Many political careerists and
strong leftists in CCPuse him to impede the reformers and democrats.

Mao Yushi believes that Tie Liu and other victims'prosecution of Mao Zedong
is more of a gesture.The Supreme Court cannot evaluate Mao Zedong.It is the
Chinese society's recognition of history.He thinks authorities will focus
on the confrontation,although no official response has been received.He
also revealed that he has been receiving threats.

Mao Yushi: "This seems to be a very serious issue.Chinese authorities will
certainly take note of it.However, I don't know what actions they will
take.Someone threatened to harm me. He even lefthis name and phone number.
I ignored him."

American political writer Cao Changqing believesthe prosecution of Mao has
symbolic significance.It is suing CCP in disguise, as Mao is still its
leader.All of Mao's evil crimes belong to the CCP.Without CCP, Mao couldn't
cause such calamities.Prosecuting Mao Zedong can enlighten the Chinese,who
can learn the true history and the power of truth.
