【禁闻】十万个为什么 阿拉伯人问中国媒体

【新唐人2011年4月21日讯】阿拉伯半岛电视台驻北京分社社长伊扎特，最近在网上发
表了《阿拉伯人对中国媒体的十万个为什么》一文，在网上引起了一场关于官方媒体报
导方式，以及公信力的争论。究竟阿拉伯人对中国媒体提出了什么质问呢？请看报导。

中国媒体在报导阿拉伯民主革命的方向和立场，不仅让中国民众反感，也引发了国际上
的批评。伊扎特在这篇博文中，尖锐的批评中国媒体在阿拉伯问题上"刻意误导"民意。

伊扎特在博文中写道："当前发生在阿拉伯世界的革命――我更愿意把它称为变革，阿拉
伯革命作为一起全方位多层面的变革，本身就是最具价值的新闻。在这场波及到所有街
道，动员了老少妇孺的历史性运动中，阿拉伯人得到了正义的支持，却被中国媒体误读
了。"

伊扎特在文章中指出，在对利比亚的报导上，中国（共）媒体的立场和口径，很少报导
卡扎菲对人民凶残横暴的镇压和屠杀。中国（共）媒体的记者，跟着卡扎菲的手下到他
们安排的街道、医院、学校参观采访，而在反对派大本营重要的发布会上，很难看到中
国记者的身影。

伊扎特写道：一家外国媒体刊登的《中国媒体的鸵鸟政策》一文指出，大部分中国媒体
的报导集中在实际的冲突，以及西方如何"攻击"利比亚的。与之相比，对于卡扎菲的政
权是如何分裂的？利比亚长期以来的政治现状，以及为什么如此多的民众对统治者不满
等等的报导，却寥寥无几。

伊扎特表示，不理解一家媒体花那么多钱，做那么周密的准备，派自己的记者到危险的
利比亚的目地是什么？他说，中国记者在连线中不断强调：大部分利比亚人都支持卡扎
菲，可是，却把广场和街道上的反对派们当作「飞仙」，无视他们的存在！

伊扎特在「十万个为什么」中还问道，中国媒体告诉我们卡扎菲的部队如何如何将反对
派击溃，接连收复失地，却不告诉我们：替卡扎菲杀掉他的人民的有几万杀人不眨眼的
外国雇�军！

《德国之声》电台表示，中共官媒受到这样直言不讳的批评并非罕见。不过，这一次提
出批评的是，被中国（共）官方暗中视为学习榜样的"东方媒体"----半岛电视台的驻京
分社社长。

网路上对于伊扎特的这篇博文，在回复的留言中有人写道："谢谢你能够提供给中国人
民一面全新的镜子，让中国人民除了那些喉舌媒体的一面之辞外，能够看到不一样的论
点。"

也有人谈到："我相信您应该了解，在中国，每一级政府里都有着这样一个机构叫宣传
部，而他们每天要做的事就是统一口径，按照中央的意见，把各种宣传要求发送到各大
小报纸、电台、和电视台去。"

据了解，中共政府已经启动了450亿人民币「改善」国际形象，推动官方媒体向国际扩
张，以争取国际话语权。

伊扎特认为，中国媒体在国际上的声音并不存在，造成这种现状的原因，就是中国（共
）媒体缺乏自身的公信力。这些媒体在国内都得不到信任，怎么能在国际上受到尊重？

伊扎特同时指出，在国外，公信力就如同媒体的生命力，没有公信力的媒体最终会走向
倒闭。伊扎特希望，不要对"一边倒"的中共官媒听之任之，因为，这涉及的是媒体的责
任和义务。

Al Jazeera: Arabs' 100,000 Questions for Chinese Media

Ezzat Shahrour, Chief correspondent of Al-Jazeera'sArabic in Beijing,
speaks about the Chinese mediain his recent Chinese blog post "The Arab
PeopleHave 100,000 Questions for Chinese Media,"which triggered heated
discussionon China's state-run media and itscredibility.Shahrour strongly
criticizes in his postthe lopsided coverage of the Chinese mediaon the
uprisings in the Arabic world, calling it"intentional misreading of the
popular will."

Shahrour writes: "The current revolutionin the Arab world is an
omni-directionaland multi-level reform. It is newsworthy in itself.In this
widespread and deep-reaching movement,the Arab people have justice on their
side,but are misread by the Chinese media."

Shahrour points out Chinese media reports seldomreport the killing of
Libyans by Gaddafi's regime."Chinese journalists accompany Gaddafi
loyalistson streets, hospitals and schools that have beenprearranged for
the convenience of their reporting…but it's hard to find them at
importantpress conferences given by the opposition party."

"The Chinese media has mostly been reportingon the actual conflict and how
the Westis 『attacking' Libya. In contrast, there has beenlittle analysis
on the political issues of Libya,including how Gaddafi's government is
falling apart,the country's long-term political outlook, and whymany
Libyans are so unhappy with their ruler,"said Shahrour in his blog post,
citing the article"Chinese Media's Ostrich Policy."

"I just don't see what the point is of mediaspending so much money to
prepare their journaliststo go to a dangerous place like Libya,"says
Shahrour. "The Chinese reportersconstantly emphasize that the majority of
Libyanssupport Gaddafi, so I suppose those oppositionmembers who are
gathering dailyon the streets and in public squaresmust be from some fairy
wonderland?"

"The Chinese media tell us how Gaddafi's forcesare gaining ground on the
opposition forces,but they don't tell us that there aretens of thousands of
foreign mercenarieskilling Libyan people at Gaddafi's behest."

According to Deutsche Welle, China looks upto the Qatar-based Al Jazeera
network as a modelof how non-Western media can win global
prominence.Therefore Shahrour's words carry a special weight.

A comment to Shahrour's blog post says:"Thank you for giving Chinese people
a new mirror,so that they can see a view different from the onecreated by
the state-run media."

Another comment says: "I believe you know in China,there are propaganda
departments in governmentsof all levels. And what they do all day is to
passthe requirements of the party to various media."

China has approved RMB45 billion in budgetto "improve" its international
image and toexpand the global influence of its state run media.

Shahrour believes that Chinese media does not havea voice, because of its
lack of credibility."They are not trusted in China,how can they be
respected internationally?"

Shahrour points out that credibilityis what gives a media its life."Media
have responsibility and an obligationto report events comprehensively."
