【禁闻】利比亚战事 官媒民间有分歧
【新唐人2011年4月1日讯】利比亚的战事还在持续�行。中共官方主流媒体对联军呈现
一边倒的批评声音。但在大陆网路论坛上,民间的看法却与官方产生分歧。评论人士认
为,在互联网越来越普及,信息多元化的时代,民众越来越清醒,当局片面的灌输已经
不能再"忽悠"人了。
在利比亚,联军、反抗军和政府军的战事还在继续胶着。
据《美国之音》的报导说,30号,卡扎菲的左右手,跟随他多年的外长穆萨.库萨
(MoussaKoussa),抵达英国伦敦,宣布脱离卡扎菲政府。英国官员鼓励卡扎菲身边的
人也"弃暗投明,为利比亚更美好的未来而努力"。
虽然利比亚政府军利用强势火力逼退反抗军,夺回大部分失地,但外长反戈的消息,重
挫了卡扎菲部队的锐气。
在卡扎菲政府内忧外患的同时,29号,中共外交部例行记者会上,国际媒体也对中共在
联军空袭利比亚态度上的前后矛盾表示质疑。
对此,外交部发言人姜瑜回应,中方在这一问题上发挥的是建设性作用,并声称"对决
议中的一些内容是有严重保留的"。
在大陆《网易》网站上,这个话题有58555人参与讨论,有1600多条跟帖。其中"利比亚
人说了算"这个帖子就有7080人顶贴,"一切独裁终将灭亡"有上万人表示支持。
还有网友调侃说,又学会了一个词:"严重保留"。
《法国国际广播电台》专访了北京的作家和学者凌沧洲,他表示,这种现象说明现在中
国清醒、理智的人越来越多。
凌沧洲:"在网路时代,信息更加多元化,人们对信息的掌握比过去更丰富更全面了。
那种所谓专家的"忽悠"已经失灵了。网易这个网站还是比较中立的,还有一些更加自由
化的论坛,像凯迪社区这一类的,那个欢呼啊、赞颂啊就更多了。"
《路透社》的评论说,从空袭利比亚开始,中共当局就主导推动舆论"误导"民众,让民
众以为,在利比亚事件上,西方国家不值得信任,而且它们会把自身利益置于原则之
上。
《人民日报》的海外版也宣称:"伊拉克挨打,是石油惹的祸;利比亚挨打,也是石油
惹的祸。"
凌沧洲:"传统媒体不会直接评判卡扎菲是独裁者,但网民们都知道卡扎菲是个独裁
者,都认为卡扎菲当局没有得到人民的合法授权,而且他还残酷的用飞机来轰炸自己的
人民、用机枪扫射自己的人民。"
凌沧洲认为,在互联网更加普及、网民更多的时代,舆论的优势不在于电视媒体和报纸
媒体的受众方面,而更在于互联网的受众方面。

Which Media to Trust?
Libya's fighting still continues. Official mediaof the Chinese government
criticize Western Allies.But online opinions diverge from the
propaganda.Analysts say that along with the spread of internetand diversity
of information, people become clearerand the government's one-sided
indoctrinationis not able to deceive them any longer.
According to Voice of America, on March 30,arriving in London Gaddafi's
right-hand man,Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa, announcedthat he's breaking
away from Gaddafi's government.British officials encourage other followers
to also『abandon Gaddafi, for a brighter future of Libya'.
Although government forces pushed back Rebelswith strong fire and took back
most of the land,the diplomat's defection frustrated them greatly.
On March 29, at a Chinese Foreign Ministry'spress conference, international
media questionedthe inconsistent attitude of the Chinese governmenton
Western Allies' air raid in Libya.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Jiang Yu said thatChina plays a constructive
role on this issue,and has 『serious reservationson some parts of the
Resolution'.
On 163.com, almost 60,000 people took partin the discussion. Over 7,000
people supportthe post 『Libyans have the final say' and10,000+ support 『
All dictatorships will perish'.Some netizens joked that they learned a new
phrase,『serious reservations'.
Radio France Internationale interviewedMr. Ling Cangzhou, a writer and
scholar in Beijing.He said that this phenomenon shows there are morepeople
becoming clearheaded and sane in China.
Mr. Ling Cangzhou said that in an internet era,information is more diverse
and people grasp moreand comprehensive information.Deceit of so-called
experts does not work any more.163.com is relatively neutral, but there are
forumsmore liberal like Kaidi Community,on which there are more cheers and
praises.
Reuters commented that since the beginningof the air raid on Libya, the
Chinese governmenthad controlled public opinion to misguide people,saying
that Western countries can't be trusted.
People's Daily overseas edition claimed,『attacking Iraq is for
petroleum,and attacking Libya is also for petroleum.'
Mr. Ling Cangzhou said that Chinese media will notdirectly criticize
Gaddafi as a dictator,but netizens all know him as a dictator; as
someonenot elected by the people; as someone who usesjet fighters and guns
to attack his own people.
Mr. Ling said that with the internet becomingan increasingly popular way of
getting information,less Chinese people can be taken advantage ofby Chinese
communist propaganda.
